Brief introduction
Pre-assembled in 1m² sections, this model allows for quick and economical ground stabilisation. A pressure load capacity of up to 450 tonnes / m², coupled with our special material formulation, results in a resistant and stable separation layer. The formation of mud and sludge are now a thing of the past.
Description
The paddock plate has a size of 50x50x4cm (LxWxH) and a wall thickness of 5mm!
Already ex works, 4 panels are joined together to form a 1m² element. This makes installation much easier and saves time. Per hour and person, 100m² of laid area are thus common with a prepared subfloor. The fast AND economical solution!
Suitable for
The RL40 model is suitable for all applications up to medium-heavy loads, such as riding arenas, runs and paddocks, feeding and watering areas, areas in and around pasture tents, grooming and washing areas, accessible paths and surfaces, etc
It can also be used to create beautiful walkways and other areas in the garden simply and easily, for example by backfilling with decorative gravel

Application
Depending on the application, the RL40 can also be laid directly on the levelled and load-bearing topsoil. Earth, sand and gravel, wood chips and mixtures thereof can be used as filling material. For runs, paddocks and the like, a covering of at least 2-3 cm is recommended
For heavier use, we recommend a suitable sub-base, please use our EQU-GRID installation recommendations.
Use
Model RL50 is ideally suited for paddocks, runs, open stalls, paddock trails, paths (passable), storage areas, grooming and washing areas, watering and feeding areas, walkways and much more. The mesh mats have a shock-absorbing effect, maintain soil life, allow rainfall to seep away quickly and reliably prevent the formation of mud and sludge
EQU-GRID RL50 is ideal for all-weather applications. It reliably keeps the sub-base layer and the footing layer separate, thus preventing the mixing of these layers even after heavy rain, even under heavy use
Likewise, the paving and design of e.g. car parking areas in the private sector as well as the design of areas and paths in the garden sector can be done permanently and easily
Installation
The pre-assembled grids (1m² each) make installation quick and uncomplicated. Start in any corner of the area to be paved and align the first row. If the slope is gentle, start at the highest point. Then continue laying in a staircase from the first row. The connecting anchors always point in the direction of the rows still to be laid.
